Description
Native Creations Landscape Services, Inc. is a leading conservation landscape company based in Berwick, PA.
This is a full-time seasonal position, subject to change based on workload and weather.

Responsibilities
Logistics:
– Loading, securing, and transporting light excavation and agricultural equipment, including UTVs, skid steers, compact tractors, and implements.
– Pickup and delivery of landscape materials, including proper loading and unloading techniques.
– Safe and responsible operation of non-CDL trucks with and without trailers ranging from 12’–28′.
Equipment Operation:
– Jobsite operation of skid steers and attachments, excavators, power equipment, front loaders, compact tractors, pesticide sprayers, brush hogs, discs, seed drills, tillers, and related equipment.
– Ability to calibrate and operate equipment safely and productively alongside a crew/crew leader or independently.
– Candidate must test for and pass Commercial Pesticide Licensing within 90 days of the start date. Test materials and testing costs are covered by the company.
Qualifications:
– Valid driver’s license
– 21+ years of age
– Flexible with travel and overnight stays
– Pass pre-employment drug screening
– Meet FMCSA requirements to operate commercial vehicles (non-CDL at this time)
– Comply with all necessary DOT requirements
– Good physical condition for varying and difficult terrain
– Strong work ethic
– Desire to learn
– Teachable
– Positive attitude

Qualified candidates who obtain professional PA Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator licensing are eligible for an associated wage increase. Test materials are provided by the company.
Working Hours
🕒Normal schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, working four 10-hour days. Longer days and Friday work may occasionally be necessary. Schedules may change due to climate/weather, and some work may continue through inclement weather depending on the task.
The position may be full-time seasonal, generally March through the end of June and September through early December, or may lead to a full-time position based on skill development.
Travel
Many project locations require overnight stays and travel. Accommodations are provided by the company. Employees typically spend a total of approximately 6–8 weeks out of town annually.
